This is a fantasy naval battle game, which
glosses over much of the encumbrances of reality for a fast
and exciting game. Players will employ cannons and ironclads,
dugouts and longships, galleys and sailing vessels. There
will be boarding actions, collisions and ramming. If
you're looking for a historically accurate realistic simulation,
you may well be disappointed. If you're looking for a light-hearted
fun game---rejoice!
The easiest way to learn to play is
have two players pick a ship, then set-up the table according
to the notes in "Gamestart". Then
walk through a turn following the "Order
of Play". In a few moments, you'll know most of what there
is to know about playing the game. In following games, invite
multiple players, or play many ships.

In the southernmost regions of Lharna there
is a region dotted with far-flung atolls, where the jungled
crowns of volcanoes peek out from the depths of crystal blue
waters.
The islands are rich in resources; the sea
roils with plentiful food sources: but fresh drinkable water,
in this region of endless water, is a rare commodity.
A current of frigid water jets up through
the Southern Seas bringing icebergs from the southern polar
region. These icebergs are a tremendous source of life-sustaining
fresh water.
Great naval battles are fought to control
the shipping lanes and capture these 'bergs.
