The Sea Reavers are the sailors. They normally stay behind, to defend
their ship, when the others go to capture slaves. Sea Reavers never
rout when they are aboard their ship. Sometimes a captain will take
some Sea Reavers with him when he goes ashore. The Sea Reavers suffer
a -2 to their courage, if they cannot see the ocean.

Creating your own troops
The Battlestorm rulebook contains just about everything players
need to create their own troops, monsters or heroes, except for
the "official point cost" . You'll find that the
rulebook has all the information you need on armors, statistics,
weapons and so forth. If you are just creating stats for hoots
and laughs feel free to fudge them as you like. However, if
you want them to be as compatible with creatures and troops in the
Battlestorm book as possible, please read our guidelines on the subject. The guidelines explain the basics of character
creation and it includes an "automatic" calculator for
use with Excel spreadsheets. If you create any new or interesting
creatures, we' love to read about them.
MIRACLES and HEXXES is on the way, but in the meantime, Battlestorm Basic has a nifty magic system.
