The Battlestorm rulebook should be enough to keep
you going for a very long time. But when you are looking for more
ways to enhance an already exciting game, check this space! If you
have a neat idea or some suggested rules you want others to try
out, send us a note!
Creating your own troops
The Battlestorm rulebook contains just about everything players
need to create their own troops, monsters or heroes, except for
the "official point cost" . You'll find that the
rulebook has all the information you need on armors, statistics,
weapons and so forth. If you are just creating stats for hoots
and laughs feel free to fudge them as you like. However, if
you want them to be as compatible with creatures and troops in the
Battlestorm book as possible, please read our guidelines on the subject. The guidelines
explain the basics of character creation and it includes an
"automatic" calculator for use with Excel spreadsheets.
If you create any new or interesting creatures, we' love
to read about them.
Magic Items for the world
of Battlestorm
In future RPP publications, we will explore the many wondrous
power of magic items in the world of Lharna. In the meantime,
we need your help! We have prepared a list of magic items
for playtest. Please check these items out and use them in
your Battlestorm games. If you have any comments, criticisms
or problems we want to hear from you. Additionally you may
submit your own magic items to the list. The preferred method
of submission is via the Battlestorm listserv.
In the meantime, check out our list of magic
items (courtesy Bob Lippman) and let us know what you
think. If you have any new names or items to suggest, drop us a
line.

Army Builder
Using the Army
Builder, you can quickly, accurately, and painlessly create
huge armies for your favorite wargames. All of the math and restrictions
can be completely automated through the Army Builder's data files,
making the process of army creation fun---instead of work.
